Skippers and Crew Briefing and Cocktail Party
A complete briefing for skippers and crew will be held at the Fremantle Sailing Club on Friday 1st March 2019 commencing at 1900hrs sharp. Representation is compulsory from all vessels participating in this tournament. Finger food and beverages will be supplied.

Sail Past / Shot Gun Start
An official Sail Past to commence the Tournament will be held at 0745hrs on Saturday 2nd March at a position just north of the North Mole for an 0800 start. The Tournament will commence with a shot gun start.

Fishing Times
Sat 2nd March: 0900—1800 hrs
Sun 3rd March: 0600—1800 hrs
Mon 4th March: 0600—1600 hrs

Any fish hooked up prior to ‘Lines Out’ time will be eligible for points, provided that the vessel has notified radio base before ‘Lines Out’ time.
The BMC Committee reserves the right to alter the official fishing times in the event of inclement weather i.e. strong wind warning. Participants will be advised via channel 81 as soon as practicable.

Hotel Sun Downers
Thanks to our Sponsors and the Karma Rottnest Lodge, we will be holding a BMC Sun Downer at the Governor’s Bar on both Saturday and Sunday night commencing at 1930hr. A free meal will be provided to all participants. Our Sponsors have also provided a generous bar tab for both nights.

Presentation Dinner
The Tournament Presentation dinner will be held on the evening of Saturday 9th March 2019, commencing with pre-dinner drinks at 1900hrs followed by dinner and announcement of results. This year’s the event will be on the Sun Deck at FSC. Dinner for the participant is free. Additional tickets can be organised through the Tournament Director (for catering purposes) for $40 per person
